      Bison make the most hard wearing , top quality and best value waders available. Every pair of waders carries a 12 month manufacturers warranty from the time of purchase to ensure reliable, defect free performance .

      Upon receipt of waders returned to us we will pressure test and evaluate the condition of your waders, then contact you to discuss responsibility for repair or replacement. Our policy is clear. Bison stand behind every wader they make. If you are not completely satisfied with your Bison waders at the time of purchase or if they fail due to defective manufacture, or materials we may repair, issue credit, or replace them, at our discretion, free of charge.
      Bison are not responsible, however, for punctures due to , thorns or barbed wire, or toe nail damage to the stocking foot , etc In other words, if your waders fail prematurely due to a quality problem, we will fix or replace them free of charge but  if they fail due to punctures we will charge for repairs or replacement. We cannot replace or repair waders free of charge if they have been punctured

    We promise to evaluate your waders thoroughly and fairly, and ask only that you do the same before returning them for repair (The most common reasons for wader returns to us are, Neoprene waders during the spring and summer which although soaking with perspiration on the inside of the wader are not leaking at all, and stocking foot waders with punctures where toe nails have punctured the stocking)
         At some point your waders may need repair and eventually they will wear out.. Their life expectancy will depend on how often and how hard you use them - and on proper care, especially after each use and before storage
